I have found...... a problem

Date: February 14, 2005 @ 4:59 PM Go to my band page: http://thebestdeceptions.dmusic.com Anyone can 'add' any user to their band- as I have done with Jennae, Cryxan and Emosideproject (don't worry, I'll put it back once an admin sees this thread). Now on their user pages it links to my band. If someone a little more evil than me had discovered this.....

Cryxan	Date: February 14, 2005 @ 5:24 PM It's not an issue; that's how the system works. If you wanted to mess around, yes, you could add any user to your band. However, as bandmembers they'll be able to delete themselves from it, and they'll also be able to mess with your music. If this ever became an abuse issue, we'd take action to stop it, but it doesn't come up.

Cryxan	Date: February 16, 2005 @ 4:11 AM Yeah, if everything works right. I'm stuck as webmaster in a couple bands and I can't delete myself... but that's another story.
Svensta	Date: February 16, 2005 @ 8:30 AM Kind of like a built-in control. If you mess with someone and add them into your band, you've just given them the ability to completely hose your band's music and pages. It's like saying... did you know I could give a loaded target pistol to a 4 year old throwing a tantrum? Sure you could.....
