Two Major User-Experience Problems, etc.

1) When viewing a thread, the window starts at
the /bottom/ of it, rather than the top. I then
have to scroll it up to start from the beginning.
2) In most windows which have content shorter
than the sidebars (such as personal settings),
the content is somehow vertically centered. I
haven't looked at the code, so I'm not sure if
it's a table thing or something more complicated.
Feature Request: preview for posts, or at least a
guide telling us what codes translate to what,
what html is allowed, etc.
(Note: I'm using win32 Mozilla 1.0)
