logging problem

INoxx	Date: June 20, 2006 @ 5:10 PM Hi Dmusic, This message is more an help need than a complaint I've a problem since one week or two, i can access to my account since my pc no matter what browser i use. I've to use my handheld PC with wifi and then it works, i really don't why...maybe a cookie thing or a virus...But well if u can help me on this one. Thanx a lot
leedsquietman	Date: June 20, 2006 @ 5:31 PM Check settings in your firewall (if you have one) or privacy software (if you have a security suite). Also check settings in your browser, could be a cookie thing or other setting that needs adjusting.
leedsquietman	Date: June 20, 2006 @ 5:33 PM For example, on the imacs at work, we have recently implemented a program called Bess which is a 'safe surf' kind of parental control software and although it lets me view dmusic.com, any time I enter my password/user name etc and click enter it won't access my account and the fields for username password are blanked out - yet, it allows me to use my cubase.net account....
shadowself	Date: June 20, 2006 @ 5:47 PM Which OS do you use? Do you have Norton Internet Security (by far the crappiest and most problematic security software EVER)? Have you reset your browser settings to default?
