DMusic Radio/ FESN is about to get a face lift... a BIG facelift.. and will handle in the same way as Dmusic.Com boycott-riaa.com ..with the buttons and the easy navigation.. and.. well.. it should rock.. If any of you are into making graphix and stuff.. I could use your help.. Need Logos and stuff for announcements, etc.. Logos using the same background color as Dmusic radio here and maybe a logo looking just liek the current Dmusic one saying "DMusic Radio" might be an idea? .. Hope to see you there! .. I would like to suggest only people getting involved with DJing and other administrative elements of DMR/FESN sign up for an account.. I don't want to take any element away from Dmusic, like followship.. traffic.. or it's trafficbase.. i.e. I don't want to seem like I'm competing with Dmusic for userbase..

I have the server doing HiFI and LowFi! .. there's a 4 person connection limit on the lowfi.. let me know if it fill sup too much, and I'll add some more slots and see how far we can push it.. Please remember that not All DJ's can do a hi-fi broadcast.. and that this is still in beta test stages.. Thank you for your bug reports in advance!

Condore	Date: January 20, 2004 @ 4:39 AM I would like to apologise for any miscommunication.. or any disappointments asofar that have occured.. Because of what has happened.. I have been told not to continue any association with DMusic, by several people that advise me on what I should do.. FESN is an acronym for "Forward Echelon Shoutcast Network" .. Forward Echelon is interpreted as "Forward Troops".. us independent artists are an army of troops fighting against the monster of the RIAA and DMCA.. and we need to work together to show that monster that there are those who can do without them.. they think they own the music industry.. we need to work together to show that they don't... we dont need to be fighting within outselves.. that makes us weaker.. but in the same concept.. we don't want to be just like them.. we want to defend our copyright from some big company just taking our music without permission and making money from it.. I believe that Music was meant to be shared.. I believe music was not meant to be a commodity.. I work for independent artists and independent media.. and FESN does also.. so far with no profit, and no recognition.. Dmusic has brought recognition and I'm not concerned with the profit.. I just wanna break even.. I'm an arist too.. and I simply share my music with anyone who wants to download it.. I've been deeply scarred and hurt.. We'll See what happens.. Peace Out.. -C-
leflaw	Date: January 20, 2004 @ 5:02 AM You shouldn't be scarred and hurt. If you are a musician, how come you haven't posted any music here? Sharing is a two way street. We were experimenting with shoutcast, as well as other solutions. You acted like a bull in a china shop, setting up advertising, recruiting DJ's , all while in a beta stage without any agreement with DMusic. Dmusic does not advocate copyright or trademark infringement. The decision to share music or files should be the copyright holder's. Here at dmusic we have assembled such a system, and are constantly fine tuning. You come here for one week and start setting up your own radio network without our permission, while we were in a beta test. Thats how we see it. We are not unconcerned with the need to make a profit. We are concerned with self promoting newcomers who are acting on their own, without our authorization, but using our name.
