Midi files into the piano roll?

Is it possible to import a midi file in the piano
roll? I find it easier to create my melody with a
program like Sibelius where i can create a score
and then export it as a midi file. I want to
create a piano roll from that midi file, not just
import the sound into FL. Maybe i'm asking the
impossible. Perhaps there is an other way i can
do the thing i want? Can someone help me here?
