What's with the pop music section?

guitarnik	Date: August 27, 2005 @ 3:22 PM So far I seem to be the only guy in the pop category on this sight... I guess I don't know what else to call it, maybe you guys could help me out. It would be cool if you could check out my music and say what music category you think it should be in. Thanks. Chris

Cryxan	Date: August 27, 2005 @ 11:26 PM Hi guitarnik We've had most of those genre headings for years, but Pop was only recently added. Therefore, few artists have had time to sign up with it as their label of choice. The same is true for the subgenres, by the way, which is why you won't see many songs with those headings, either. Slowly but surely, this is changing. So, for the time being, enjoy the extra exposure you'll get by being the only artist to be seen in Pop.
