Band Member Icon - How do you get your pic up there?

I'm sure you've all heard this one many times...
how do you post your pics so they show up instead
of the little cartoon icons under the headings:
Band Member & Featured Track?

I answered my own question for all the other
people out there that suffer from occasional
temporary spats of DUMB!
The helpful phrase, "Read the directions..."
comes to mind. If you're like me and are
frustrated about your avatar, here's what dmusic
has to say:
What’s an avatar, and how do I upload one?
An avatar is the square picture that can appear
next to your user nickname when you post. To
upload an avatar, go to your Settings page. It
can be most easily accessed by the link in the
left-hand column on your user page, under my
account. Click on settings and find the option at
the bottom that says “Use this pic instead.” If
necessary, you may browse your hard drive for
your pic. Your avatar needs to be a GIF file that
is 50x50 pixels in dimension, and the file needs
to be less than 5KB in size.
