for instructions on how to block the MPAA and RIAA and the rest with sygate.

and play blocking the bad IPs, since the rules
to block those IPs, are already available for
download in a file that you tell sygate to put
into its "advanced rules". If you like typing
pages of IP addresses, then you can pay for
ZA(the free one does not let you block IPs), or
get kerio(an equally good firewall).
