Registration is required, but it's free. Point is.. if they are unconcerned, then why are they fighting so hard to preserve the status quo?

yeah really, besides, the artists won't see a
single cent of this money the RIAA gets from
these lawsuits. I look forward to the day when
the majority of the American public is against
the RIAA.
