Everyone who signed up for inclusion on a list of grievants based on a rulilng against the RIAA for monopolistic practices, will be receiving just about $13.56 in the mail sometime soon. http://www.musiccdsettlement.com/english/default.htm So, what do we do with our 13 bucks?
