I wake up every morning with the bizarre feeling
That I'm a total stranger in front of this world
I observe humanity creating its own poison
Then work out on finding a solution;
In this strange land I see people confined in a cemented silence,
I see dead souls trying to resuscitate
Waking in the day my thoughts are shaking again
Among all this beauty, humanity depresses me
And I ask to myself: "are you gonna die again?"
Yeah! laying on the ground, suddenly I feel dead
I feel billions of souls rushing in my flesh to leave their pain in me
Oh! I need a place, anywhere out of this world, to rest.
I need a place, anywhere out of this world, to breathe
Love could make me feel alive , yeah, love could create miracles
In a world governed by sorrow
Yeah! I need to be fed with love, but instead I feel anger and frustration,
Is this what the world wants from us? Who will stop this confusion?
Somebody please stop the bleeding and spread wisdom
I try to open my Heart, that's where consciousness lies
Yeah I try to open my Heart, that's where intelligence lies...
But each time I do I'm being hit right where I breathe
Oh what a pain, I'm suffering in vain and losing my innocence
and here I am, wasting my time and energy
trying to find my place, and here I am, wasting my time and energy trying to get love
I bathe in a dead world governed by the illusion of progress
In these modern caves we live in
My spirit keeps banguing against the walls
It hurts, oh it hurts so bad...I feel like an animal in a cage
Someone set my spirit free!
I want to reach this oneness! this one consciousness!
Instead I live in a world where only the fittest of the fittest shall survive...
