Woof	Date: January 14, 2004 @ 4:02 AM I could certainly get a lot more done, without it... but even though I'm a night owl, I really love the comfort of those deep, really vivid dreamy sleeps... doesn't happen as often as I'd like, these days... but so many great ideas come from dreams. I got a sci-fi story out of one, a couple of ideas for films that I'll probably never make, and at least three songs. I dream 'em, then wake up and write 'em. I once read, that if you keep a notebook by your bed, and write your dreams down, they'll increase in intensity, and you'll have more control over what happens in 'em. I've always meant to try that, but somehow never got around to doing it... although I do tell my wife the really good ones... and, no... I'm not into dream interpretation or anything corny like that. But I do kinda believe that somehow, our unfulfilled wishes find their way into the subconscious state (was that Freud who wrote that?). All The Best, Mike.

My sleep pattern is all fuckered up.I think its from being preggers.Same thing happened when I had my first kid at 19....I went totally nocturnal.And now, no matter WHAT time I go to bed, or how much sleep I do or dont get, I'm waking up at about 3-3.30am every damn morning. Not that I mind really....its way more peaceful at night.And of course, it means I'm more likely to catch Sinai online.(Damn that 5 hour time difference!!)
